What is "The Discovery"? "The Discovery" is where our Sales and business consultants do a deep dive into the current health of your company and business growth opportunities that currently sit in your industry. This is normally a two-day process that only takes you about 2 hours each day. It is broken down into three easy steps. "The Opening" "Operational Deep Dive" and "The Discovery". Once completed we provide the owners with detailed reports breaking down all the findings and laying out a direct strategic path for Owners and management to reach the company's goals.
"The Opening" is where our Sales Consultant gets to know the Owners, their business and personal goals and everyone that is apart of the business operations.
Operational Deep Dive Review
Here the Sales Consultant will perform a quantitative and qualitative deep dive into the health of the company which is broken two into two parts first, the Operational review and then the Financial analysis.
Last, we have "The Discovery" which is the Sales Consultant" Finding. Here the owner will get full reports that break down the things they are doing correct and things in the company that could be improved. Depending on if your company is a "B2B" or "B2C" company you will recieved 3 to 5 reports breaking done the finds and actions that need to be taken.
